Social Menu icon Colors

In blog post https://kovshenin.com/2014/social-menus-in-wordpress-themes/#more-7873 the icons for the social menu are colored but I can’t figure out a way to get them colored on my blog. https://www.mediamarathoning.com
The one item I have added (twitter) is light grey and then turns white when hovered over. How can I make it appear blue?
