    Hi! Is it possible to share ecards via social media (Facebook, Twitter etc) or is this plugin only to send ecards by email?

    Hi,
    unfortunately it is not possible to post to social media with wp-greet. wp-greet sends individual emails to email addresses. There are several services which post to social media if you send an email (e.g. wordpress.com). Maybe this can useful for you.
