Social Media Profiles without Links

Is there a way that user only puts they username in the field and the link automatically gets applied?

I have a signup form there I asked users to add their Facebook, Instagram and LinkedID profile but they have put the whole URL which many users don’t realized or drop the registration because they are on phones and rarely open these sites in their browsers so don’t even know the URL.

Can we do something at the backend so the user only puts the username not the whole link and the links automatically are applied for the social field?
