Social Media Not Saving

    The social media links aren’t saving for 1 member only. i have created and deleted the profile multiple times but it won’t save any of the social media information in the admin for the Burns Smith profile.

    Hi @ecurnow

    That’s a weird issue. We have never faced any such problems so far. Please check the below recommendation:

    1. Create another team post with the same team name (without deleting the problematic post) and check if it is saving the social information. If everything is okay with the new post, then delete the earlier post.

    2. It can be a conflict issue. Can you please check by deactivating all the other plugins, and/or activating the default twenty twenty-one theme? Did you install any other plugins for team members? If yes, then deactivate them.

    It is difficult for us to provide you with any fix without debugging. Please let us know if any of the above recommendations can fix your issue.
