Social Media Menu Will Not Show on Homepage

The social media icons will not show up on the homepage. I’ve used the social menu, and tried to create my own and nothing seems to work. The only time the menu works is in the sidebar, but the theme is supposed to auto populate icons on the static homepage. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated!
