Social Media links crashing

I’m using the Cyanotype theme and I have a Twitter icon and Facebook icon in the upper right corner (accessible after clicking three dots there), and the Facebook icon is almost completely hidden by the three dots. Why are the icons even showing up without having to click on the three dots? And even after the three dots are clicked, the Facebook icon is still blocked.

How do I fix this?
