social media images not showing on facebook

Thank you for reaching out. It seems the issue with images not showing on Facebook when using Jetpack’s auto-share feature is due to the dimensions of the featured images. Facebook requires images to be at least 200px by 200px, and some of your images, like the one in the post you mentioned (300 x 168 px), don’t meet this requirement. Hi, and thank you for clarifying this.

If what you are saying is true, the shared post with this title “HIIT Heroes: Maximizing Joint Benefits through Interval Training” should display an image, since the image is 225px X 225px.

So, in the above case, what is the reason for not displaying the image?

I noticed that your image’s file name for that specific post contains no-English characters, and those are not supported by Facebook.

I’d suggest naming your image files in plain English, or any other language that uses the Latin alphabet.

images are shown now, it was probably the no-English characters in the image name.
