• Hi.

I have the social media button for Facebook in the header of my site. However, when you load it, the f image only loads about half the time. Is there a way to locally store that image and edit the widget so it loads more reliably? All help is appreciated!

    Thank you!

  • Hi,

Could you try disabling all your plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Let me know!

I’ve seen this problem on two sites.
Any social icons in the header intermittently show. A refresh, clear cache will solve it but not ideal for passing visitors to the site.
Only plugins on one of the sites are Elementor and WooCommerce.

I am also using Elementor (along with several other plugins), but Elementor seems to be the one we have in common.

There’s something you could try (found from other posts) but hasn’t worked reliably for me…

Admin Dashboard -> Elementor -> Settings -> Advanced -> Load Font Awesome 4 Support: Yes.

Question is, Can Customify just use Font Awesome 5 and not have this Extra script loaded in Elementor?
