The demo displays social media icons in the top. I’ve clicked on Appearance-Menu and created a new social menu. It show up but not social icons, only some icons “no name”. I want to have FB, instagram and pinterest icons.
    How do you get those?

  • Hello oktavia,

    Hope you’re well! ??

The important part when adding a social menu item is the link. If you input your full twitter url, it will determine base on the url on what icon to use. Refer to this image: https://prntscr.com/5p6eh3

-The left red square is the one you will use to add social menu item.
-The other red square is the current menu item you have ( in this case it’s twitter as you can see ).
-The two red circle are just optional but good to input something for better organization especially when you have many menu items.
-The green square is the vital part as I said. The icon will vary depending on the url you input there.

Hope I make sense here and helpful to you! ??

    Take care,
    Calvin

    Hello Calvin,
Thanks for your response! I did exactly as you wrote. I have icons (but not social icons: https://prntscr.com/5pbiyh). This icons are active, they correctly linked to my social media).

Can you post a link to your site, instead of a screenshot?

    Hey there guys,

    Hope you’re well today! ??

I agree with steve ( if only you could ), so we can see if there is an error that cause why the ‘Genericons’ font ( one used by this theme to show some icons ) is not loading properly.

    Looking forward for your reply.

    Take care,
    Calvin

    hello,
thank you both. I solved the problem placing a copy of genericons folder into my Hoffman-Child theme folder.
