The solutions in the thread you linked to didn’t work. I did modify the .htaccess file to include

<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “*”
</IfModule>

and that made no difference.

Our developer couldn’t recreate your issue, is it still there or you have already fixed it?

Turns out the issue was from an ad blocker I had installed on my iPhone that was causing the icons to not appear.
