if this theme comes with it, why would it not work for me?

i have tried putting username or url and none seem to be working at the top right. what can i do to configure it?

There was some strange widget in the header area that was not displaying under “Appearance” then “widgets” under “Header” All I did was add a text widget and then remove it so that theme saw there was nothing in this widget area. It seems to have fixed the issue.
