Social Media Icon Link Display on Mobile?

NOTE: New to wordpress, web design, html everything so I’m not so familiar with terminology or where to find specific things.

I am trying to get social media icons on the mobile display. I noticed that any widgets in the sidebar does not appear on mobile even when I set them to show on all devices or get an another plugin to manage what shows up on different devices.

Guessing it’s a theme conflict and I was wondering how can I customize that? The only other workaround I could think of was creating a page in my navigation menu that redirects to the social media site, and using an icon instead of text in the page title but I wanted all my sites to be listed horizontally which is probably impossible for me to figure out and this workaround limits any hover effect of icon/image.
