    Well… you can just add the icons to the HTML of the form under Mailchimp for Wp > Form > Fields.

    What would those icons do exactly?

    Thanks. I want to include an Instagram icon that would take people to my Instagram page. Can you assist me with the appropriate HTML code I should include in the Form?

    Hey @rumraisingelato,

    You will first need to download an Instagram icon and upload it to your website and then share the URL with us. We can then share the code to place to display the icon in our form.
