Social Media Connections

Is there a plugin which works with UM where the registered users are required to connect their social channels and analytics either at sign up or on their profile so that I can track their following for campaigns etc. Could somebody point me in the direction of how to do this? Have tried to Google and can’t find what I’m looking for. I know it exists as I’ve seen sites with this capability.
