Social media buttons share profile instead of blog post

  • Hi,

    I’m experiencing this issue throughout my website.
    Social media buttons don’t work at all or share the profile instead of the blog post.

    How can I fix this?

    Does the issue happen with a social platform in particular or with all?

    Facebook doesn’t react at all, Linkedin works only if I set it up to share both profile and post.

    Other platforms work fine.

    Could you please select only the sharing features for Facebook and Linkedin under question number 2 in the plugin?

    Does it work when you do that?

    No, still doesn’t work. Now the Facebook button takes me to the profile and I can’t click on ‘share’

    Linkedin has a ‘share’ option and shares the post, but the button shares the profile.

    When you hover over the round icons, you should see a tooltip where the share buttons can be clicked, see https://www.screencast.com/t/su62sVcs9SzJ.

    It doesn’t work for Facebook. When I try to click on it it disappears.

    Does it work from your computer?
