Social Login: Twitter needs "cURL support = enabled" in your php.ini file
-
Hi guys,
I’m setting up the Super Socializer plugin, and so far, happy with its functionality and all.
I’m just having a little trouble setting up the Twitter login. I went through the all of the steps in the Twitter App page, including checking the box to allow user to sign in with Twitter.
In my admin panel, when I go to Super Socializer > Social Login > Select providers > and click on Twitter, this notice pops up in red letters:
“Note: Twitter Social Login requires “cURL support = enabled” in your php.ini file.”
I haven’t been able to find much helpful information on this online.
On my site, when I click on the Twitter logo to test that login, the browser opens a pop up with my site inside, when I’m guessing instead it should be loading the Twitter authorization / login page instead.
Can you please help me out with this? I’m not sure where to go for the php.ini file, found some contradictory data online about it.
