    Hello Josh,

    I have checked the Normal Login flow as well as the Social Login flow by following the below steps:

    1.Sign up with Normal Flow
    2.Verify Account from Email
    3. Login with Google->Logout
    4.Login with Normal Sign in

    Results: There was a problem with your login: There is a user with the same email[error code: unknown ]

    Do we need to change any settings for performing the success login with the above criteria?

    Please do let me know your inputs about the same.

  • @ajayghaghretiya1 – That error message is saying that the email you’re using to login already has an account in WordPress associated to an Auth0 account. There is an Advanced setting “Link Users with Same Email” that needs to be turned on to combine accounts (this is done with a Rule saved in your Auth0 dashboard, which that setting will handle). It needs to be on before that linking happens, meaning it’s not retroactive. We’re working on a better way to connect accounts from multiple connections but we’re a ways off from releasing that.
