    Hi,

    I have bought the premium life-time support for TutorLMS. I first raised an issue 13 days back(20th March) and got a reply on the 23rd March. Since the issue was unresolved, I mailed again on the 27th March. I have sent reminder on the 29th and the 1st of April. Yet, no reply has been received.

    My Gmail Social Login is not integrating with the Tutor LMS plugin. Can someone from support please pick it up and reply on the mail thread. For all the support queries, I have to set repeated reminders again and again.

    We are very sorry for the issue. The social login feature is part of the Tutor LMS Pro. However, this forum is only for free products. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with themeum support with your order number regarding your issue.

    So I am a paid customer and have bought lifetime support as you might already be aware. I am still facing challenges with the query and support is taking a lot of time to reply.

    Yesterday also after I posted here I got a reply however the issue is still unresolved as we have mailed yesterday itself. I would appreciate regular communication and resolution to my problem as these long delays are affecting my business.
