Social login connecting interface & Learndash

    Hi,

    Installed Super Socializer in my WP + LearnDash site. I’m using Learndash built in login & registration process which is based on a single interface.

    After I followed all the instructions to connect with google, my Google Social Login is only displayed under Registration of the built in mechanism. Once I register the details are available in WP, but I was unable to login with those details in the default login method.

    Only option available to the user to login back is to click Register and by clicking the Google Social Login available under it.

    I don’t think the above re-login method is an acceptable practice. I’m not sure which plug-in provider to look for help. Assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Shafeen,

    There is an option “Send post-registration email to user to set account password” in the Advanced Configuration section at the social login options page that you can check to send an email to set username-password to the new users registering via social login.

    Thank you for the response. “Send post-registration email to user to set account password” is already checked.

    My query is based on the LearnDash Registration & login interface. The Social Id is available with the registration, but not in the login area. Please have a look at
    https://www.teachexpert.com.

    Ideally I would prefer the Social Id to be available in the Login area. In Advanced configuration – “Enable at login page” is available but unfortunately it’s not appearing.

    Then it might be because LearnDash is probably creating a custom login page at your website. I would be able to help you integrate social login icons at that page, if you drop an email at support[at]heateor[dot]com regarding the same.
