The icons are showing up at the login page of your website (https://yinyanggate.com/new/wp-login.php)
If you want to show icons anywhere else, you can use shortcode [TheChamp-Login] or use Super Socializer - Login widget from Appearance > Widgets section in the admin panel.
I noticed that you have not configured the apps properly. To make the login work, follow the steps mentioned below:
To resolve Facebook issue:
Enter following url in the Site URL option of Facebook app (see step 7 at https://thechamplord.wordpress.com/2014/01/16/getting-the-facebook-app-id/) you configured for Social Login and save the changes:

To resolve Twitter issue:
1. Make sure cURL is enabled at your website server. You may need to contact your the server administrator of your website to verify this.
2. Enter exactly the following url in Website and Callback Url options in yourTwitter app (see step 3 at https://thechamplord.wordpress.com/2014/01/28/getting-twitter-consumer-key-and-secret/)

To resolve Google Issue,
Enter following url in the “Authorized Javascript origins” and “Authorized redirect URI” options of Google Plus app (see step 6 at https://thechamplord.wordpress.com/2013/12/30/getting-google-plus-client-id/) you configured for Social Login and save the changes:
