Social Login After Comments

Hello,

I configured Social Login to display after that phrase that users need to be logged in to comment, but it doesn’t appears…

I cleared all the caches but it isn’t working. Also I think the problem is not specific of a version of WordPress or plugin because I was projecting the blog many months and I never saw the login buttons…
