Social Lock option: Clicking on Twitter buttons reveals content without sharing

    we are trying out this plugin to see whether it is suitable for our needs. We have come across the following problem:

    Using a Social Locker: When someone clicks on the Twitter button, and then closes the Twitter popup without re-tweetin, the content gets revealed anyway. Could you help figure out why this happens?

    Using the latest version (1.3) with WordPress 4.9.7, theme Twentysixteen latest version and no other plugins active.
