Social Links wrong hyperlinks

Hyperlinks in social icons are incorrect.
The hyperlinks have the website url appended to the beginning of the intended link for the icon. Ex.) https://www.site.com
Twitter Link: twitter.com/myUser
Twitter Icon: site.com/postname/twitter.com/myUserThis is happening for every icon, LinkedIn – G+-Facebook, etc
