Social Links widget not showing YouTube icon

    I have the social links widget in a few places on my site – the sidebar, off-canvas menu, and footer menu. In all of those places, the YouTube icon isn’t loading. It shows a square or a square with an ‘X’ through it. The other social icons load and display properly. The same problem is happening in the About widget, which I have placed in the sidebar.

    Any idea what could be causing this problem?

    Hello,

    This looks like a caching issue. Please clear all the site cache (and CDN), including any performance optimization plugins and check your site in private mode.

    I cleared the site cache and the CDN cache (I use Cloudflare), but the icon still isn’t loading.

    Please don’t mark a ticket as resolved until you confirm that it actually is resolved.

    The icon is still not loading for me. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and testing in different browsers and different devices.

    Do you know what could be causing it to still not show for me?

    Also, your link doesn’t show anything on the page so I can’t see what you’re referring to.

    Ok, I must be mistaken. I assumed since this is a WordPress plugin, the support was done through this forum. I didn’t realize it was connected to a Code Supply account.

    Is that true of any sort of support or help I might need with this plugin?
