Social links not working

Hi rohitrbk. Welcome to the Hueman forum. Are you running the latest version of the theme (v3.1.0)?

Yes i am using the latest version only as yesterday only i installed it for the very first time

When you select Add New for a social icon the new entry form should open. The default icon should be RSS. That should be in a box that has a down-arrow icon which will display a dropdown list of other icons. Are you not seeing that?

i tried exactly what u said.i dried for drop downn but the dropdown isnt working. there is only rss and when i click to change it , it shoes up as it got pressed but wont turn up giving me a drop down

If you check Customize > Global settings > General Design Options, does the Font option have a dropdown box?

Yes. I checked it . Drop down for font option is working fine but not for social links now also.

I just installed a fresh version of v3.1.0 and the dropdown for social icons is there. It could be some problem with your theme or Addons plugin installation or a conflict with another plugin on your site.

I tried everything , clearing cache, reinstalling theme, but nothing worked

Have you tried disabling all your other plugins to see if that fixes it?

I deactivated plugins and reinstalled theme. It’s working fine now. Thank You so much
