Social Links is creating incorrect URL for Youtube

Hi, when using Social Links, the Youtube Channel URL being generated is as such:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/AnnieSloanHome
Which does not resolve properly. The URL should be:
https://www.youtube.com/c/AnnieSloanHome
If I could make any recommendation here, it would be to change the plugin so that the user is required to provide the full URL instead of just the account identifier.
