Social Icons Won’t scale for tablet and mobile

  • Hi I added Ultimate Social Media Icons to my page and they look great on desktop, but as soon as I switch to tablet or mobile mode they do not scale with the rest of the site. I have them on the top center of my page, when I switch to tablet view I only get one icon on the far right as if the rest of the icons are off screen, they completely go away when i switch to mobile view. I added them as a widget on my footer and they scale fine, bu the “define Location” option is where I get the scaling issue, and I get it regardless of the position of the icons. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The theme I am using is Hestia. WordPress, plugins, and theme is all updated.

    Ok that sounds also like it’s partly due to your theme. Maybe you can try a different placement option?

    If that doesn’t work: under question 6 you can disable icons on mobile (at least the floating ones), so that you find a different solution for mobile.

    Note: in this plugin https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/ you can place them entirely separately for smaller screens, so that it will look good for sure.
