Social icons stuck in vertical position (not horizontal)

    I’m having an issue with the positioning of the icons. It was working fine in horizontal mode (bottom right) for months. Suddenly it changed to vertical mode without explanation. I have gone through the settings and cannot figure out a way to change this. I’m a bit confused since I know vertical position is a premium feature too.

    I do own the premium version of the plugin but I don’t use it at this time. I tried installing it to see if I could toggle the horizontal/vertical positioning- no go.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thank you for your question. That’s strange. How many icons did you select to display per row under question 6?

    I have 3 selected at the moment. I had 4 before- I thought reducing might change something but it’s still stuck in vertical position.

    Hm. Did you try clearing cache? By that, I mean…

    – The browser cache, see https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1
    – Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now.
    – Any other server-side caching you may have activated

    I have tried clearing cache several times (site cache, browser cache, dns cache, etc,) and have also used various browsers. The issue continues and for the life of me, I cannot seem to get this corrected. Everything is still vertical.

    Do you still have our plugin installed? I cannot find it in your source code anymore. Please keep it installed so that we can have a look.

    Ok. It’s strange. We would need to have a closer look, however we’re not allowed to ask for access here in these forums.
