Social icons showing as square, some images not showing on Safrai and Mobile

    Hello all,

    I have a problem with social media icons when you click the Share, all the social media icons showing as square, for example, this product:

    Also, the images are showing properly in Chrome browser desktop, but not in the mobile device, some images are blank, in Safar browser as well.

    I am wondering if it has something to do with Caching plugin, I have WP Total Cache, SG Optimizer from Siteground, and WP-Optimize. I also have Cloudflare installed.

    Or it has something to do with how I process the images? Because those ones which are missing are processed in Photoshop and saved for Web as jpg.

Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    I took a look at your website and the icons you mentioned all seem to be loading correctly for me in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

    I have a feeling you are right in thinking caching may be the cause of the problem.

    I would first try clearing your browser’s cache and then opening the site in a private/incognito window.
