Social icons not showing

I’m not sure what could be causing it ??

Maybe it’s a cache issue? Have you cleared any cache plugins on your website?

I doubt it’s this but there might be other plugins that add Social Icons in the user profile. Are you sure you set them correctly in the ‘Social Media Links (Simple Author Box)’ section of the user’s profile? I’m asking because you said “(and not hidden)” but we don’t have any ‘hide’ option for them other than hiding all of them.

I cleaned the cache of the site (plugin Autoptimize).

The AddToAny Share Buttons plugin is also installed on the site. But I tried to turn it off. It did not help.

At the same time, for example, the author’s email address is displayed in the posts.

As for hiding icons, I meant the general hiding function.

I put links to profiles in the users section of WP. The whole thing, i.e. starting with https.

I really don’t have any ideas ??

The front-end code that shows the icons uses the same function to retrieve whatever icons the user has set as the User’s profile page, just the echo is different (link/icon in front-end, input box in User profile). So something should be showing in front-end as well.

Are you setting the social links for the correct author (as in the author of that post you are checking)?
