  • Hi @reberancs,

Your site is looking for a font called ‘TikTok’, which cannot be found, it is looking here: https://rivqa.xyz/inicio-1/font/tiktok.eot (etc for other font types)

Did you set any custom fonts/icons in Elementor? Do you have those font files and could upload them to that directory?

The icons have a font-family applied to them, so they are trying to load from that non-existent TikTok font family, and failing. If the font family is removed – then the icons show fine. I can replicate this in my Chrome browser.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

Hi @tneville thanks for your reply,

I did set a custom icon for the tiktok element, which worked fine in other parts such as the header. But for the footer section I used the socials settings of Theme Rex addons, in this part I don’t use any custom fonts or icons, since it won’t even let me. Actually, for this part I used a music note instead of the actual tiktok logo. Could you tell me if what you suggested would actually solve this issue and could you walk me through it? I’m a little bit lost ?? thank you so much.

    Hi @reberancs,

Did you add a custom font in Elementor? ??

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

Hi Tim, apparently it worked after I added a CSS prefix which I didn’t have before. Thanks for your help!
