Social icons not showing

    Hi- I noticed when Im not logged in and I visit my site… that the social icons are not showing nor search? can someone please tell me whats happening here? can you see social icons and search? or are they just squares? Someone said to ask my theme developer….

  • Hi Louise,

    It looks like a number of resources on your site are being loaded insecurely, so they are being blocked by most modern browsers.

    Could you double check that both urls under Settings > General are using https:// at the beginning, and not https://?

    If they’re already set to the secure urls, we may need to temporarily disable the plugin(s) that is/are minifying, optimizing, and caching your assets so we can track down the source of all the insecure urls more easily.

    Hi Steven- thanks! neither of them were using https! I’ve changed this now.. can you please let me know how it’s looking for a visitor now ? Thanks so much ??
