Social icons instead of logo

  • Hi there !

    We are tring to display social icons instead of the logo.
    The idea is to have on the left of the header menu our social icon and to the right our main menu. Is that possible ?
    I try to write CSS to put the social icons to the left (like this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hA2rjDwmvms&t=60s) but sadly i don’t manage to do it ??
    Can you tell us if we can use CSS to put the social icons to the left of our header menu ?

    Thanks for reaching out and for trying out Vega. We appreciate it.

    It’s possible to add social icons instead of the logo but it can’t be done only with css. You need to change Vega theme files: replace the logo with new widget area and finally add some CSS.

    Ok can you explained us how to do this ? We are not specialized in CSS so we may need some help ??

    @deuxevades I am afraid this is not something we can just explain in words. You’ll need a PHP programmer who is able to edit the theme files to make room for the social media icons. Best of luck!
