When I work on a new blog post in Gutenberg and view my post in preview, social icons for people to share my blog posts (such as the Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter etc. buttons) are now appearing above my cover image in Gutenberg, rather than below where they used to be. It looks very odd. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks!

  • Good morning @svadore

Could you grab a few screen shots for us? Or outline the exact steps you are taking so we can try to replicate the report?

    It certainly sounds buggy.

Any other details you can share would be great.

I had a look at Github and don’t see a previous report:

It’s actually been resolved! ?? I was confused between the “cover image” option and the “featured image” on the right hand side. They are 2 different things but I’ve figured it out now! On the other hand though, I do want to note that in the old wordpress format I used to be able to edit how these posts would go live on my social feeds. Now, I don’t have the option to edit how they are posted on my Facebook and Twitter. It must be a feature the Gutenburg team forgot to add? Thanks!
