Generally, if you are using a page builder to set a custom footer, you can set any color on the page builder for widgets.
Also, it is possible to manage color for links, text, and background in the following path:
Go to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Footer Widgets.

The social icons are in SVG format, so you must adjust them to the widget you are using. In this case, you can share a live URL to check it, I can write a custom CSS for those icons.
