Social engineering content detected on gymconstructor.com

    Deceptive pages
Description: These pages attempt to trick users into doing something dangerous, such as installing unwanted software or revealing personal information. Learn more
    Sample URLs: N/A

After looking into the details it states that the problem is on
    https://gymconstructor[.]com/wp-includes/error_log
which seems to be technical WordPress generated page…

Any idea on how to fix it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there, “error_log” is not a WordPress core file. you should remove that from the directory. If you can then start a security scan. you can use wordfence plugin for that.

    Hi @sshahadatgsm,
Thank you for the feedback! I have made a search on the server with an FTP client but
failed to find “error_log” in the /wp-includes/ folder.

    Found 3 “error_log” in:
    /public_html/gymconstructor.com
    /public_html/gymconstructor.com/wp-admin
    /public_html/gymconstructor.com/wp-content/themes/oceanwp
    and cleaned them up.

I have also installed Wordfence and ran a High Sensitivity scan which didn′t find any threats.

I′ll submit a fix to the Google Search Console and see how it goes.
    Best,
    Anatoliy

Okay, sure! if possible then feel free to share the updates here
