  • According to the official Plug-in directory Entry, this plug-in has not yet been tested by its author(s) for Version 3.1 of WordPress. So, it may not work:

    A detailed look at the Plug-in directory Entry indicates that the author of the plug-in offers support directly by e-mail at [email protected]

    That would be your best place to start.

    I have found errors with Social Discussions and WP 3.1. It does not allow you to tag your posts. I have to deactivate it to tag a new post, then re-activate once it’s been published… Also, it doesn’t allow the widgets on the right side of my dashboard to refresh, either….

    I’m having the same problem as eyedfy when the social discussions plugin is activated it prevents you being able to drag around containers on your posts admin page and also prevents you from being able to add tags to posts – does anyone have a workaround for this?

    I spent all evening troubleshooting why I couldn’t change the post date, add categories, or add tags. It ended up being this plugin. Deactivated the plugin and everything works fine.

    I definitely don’t recommend using social plugins with WordPress Version 3.1.2.
