Social Cron job failing – "Semaphore Lock Failed".

    I am running WP 3.4.2.
    Social 2.6
    All on top of Wampserver 2.1.

    I also have Twitter Tools 3.0.3 running and linked correctly to external accounts.

    A manual download of Tweets works, however the scheduled 15 minute updates do not.

    From some digging I’ve done, it looks like the Social 15 minute cron job is failing:

    Anybody got any ideas on how to fix it before I start hacking the code?
