Social count is wrong

Twitter count displays 0 while I am sure it is more.

Also what do you thing of those 2 settings :
– Choosing between Google Plus Like and sharing (same for Facebook)
– Choosing to displays social sharing number only if those are great to a chosen value.Regards,
