Social Chat popup not showing on my system

    I’ve created a custom theme for my WordPress installation. Social chat doesn’t appear when i install and enable it. I’ve cleared the cache.

    Like i stated in my question; i’ve developed a custom theme.

    How will using twenty twenty help? I need it to work with my current theme.
