Social Chat broken and after uninstalling it crashed my website

    I installed the Social Chat plugin. Unfortunately, it’s all stuck and nothing can be done with it. I wanted to uninstall it, but after uninstalling, my entire website disappeared and only a blank page is displayed. I want to uninstall the plugin without destroying my site. Thank you for your help.

    Yes, I also contacted you via Facebook, but my problem is still not resolved. The plug-in does not work or cannot be removed. The site it’s on is my main job and it’s affecting my earnings and I need to sort this out. You state that the plug-in works from version WP 4.7, I have 5.8, yet you require me to update WP to the latest. I don’t agree with that, I need to keep what I have. Please repair. Thank you.
