Sociable using Shortcode on Home.php

I am using Sociable plugin on my home.php under my theme. I added this to the code <?php if( function_exists( do_sociable() ) ){ do_sociable(); } ?> and it works fine. The problem is what it sends to facebook is not the default url but instead it sends the first permalink from the first post in the list. Below is what it sends
https://www.cateringservicenj.com/catering-service-manalapan-nj-07726.Does anyone know why it would not send the base url?
