    Good question. No answer, I see.

    7 months ago. and still not answered. did anyone ever figure this out?

    The Sociable developer seems to have stopped development of the plug-in back in 2009 so I don’t know if s/he still monitors the forum.

    Have you tried adding the Sociable code manually, as per here, under “Changing the location of the icons”?

    https://www.blogplay.com/sociable-for-wordpress/

    the only work around i can figure out is to modify the css by doing something like:

    .classnamewhatever {display: none}
    and then
    #theloop .classnamewhatever {display:inline;}

    so far this has worked in all cases for social plugins including tweet and fb buttons that show up outside the loop where i don’t want them to be.

    thanks zoonini for getting back to me!

    Great workaround, thanks for sharing!

    hey can anybody help me?

    I need those icons to show up on my custom posts and pages.. but i don’t understand what i have to change.. can you point me in the right direction?

    thanks in advance!

    nvm lol i fixed it
