SOAP-Error on Internation Label – ‘netWeightInKG’

  • Hello,

    I have a problem with creating an Label for international shipping.
    I′m getting the Error:

    SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: object has no ‘netWeightInKG’ property

    I have found solutions for other SOAP Errors regarding Country of origin and HS-Code an such but could not find one for weight.

    All items in the order have a weight set.

    Help would be much appreciated.

    There needs to be a weight set in the products under the shipping tab, as that gets sent to DHL for cross-border shipments.

    thank you for your reply.
    That is what i thought – but as i have mentioned in my post – all of the items already have a weight set.

    Any other Ideas?

    Are you using grams or kilograms? Is it possible that some weights are low e.g. 1 gram?

    Yes – we are using grams and the items (Musicstrings) weigh between 1 and 10 grams.
