SOAP Error: Bad Request

this is related to php 5.6 and self signed ssl certificates

I cannot confirm this is an issue of php 5.6 it self. but the SoapClient
Of course it makes sense to have a valid certificate (E.g. using letsencrypt or any other free cert service).

If you cannot provide a valid certificate I asume you can force curl to not.
