Store URL: https://111.118.160.187/~one2one/products-page/checkout/
WordPress version: 3.8.1
WP e-Commerce version: 3.8.13.3
Gold Cart version: 2.9.7.7
Theme: Avada

I did this: Ran test payment through eWay gateway

I expected WP e-Commerce to do this: process the test payment

Instead it did this: Error:
CreateAccessCode SOAP Error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn’t load from ‘https://api.sandbox.ewaypayments.com/Soap.asmx?WSDL’ : Start tag expected, ‘<‘ not found

A google search discovered this post which suggested a premium ticket was created. Tried this twice now over a period of about two weeks with no response at all. Posted in this forum asking for support. No answer. Trying to get some response using the suggested format used in this message.

Site is due to go live at the end of the week. We need to resolve this ASAP and appreciate what help you can provide us with.

Many thanks,
Chris.

• THe following text is taken from eWay`s website:

Failed to process your transaction, error code: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL
If you get a Failed to process your transaction, error code: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn’t load from ‘https://api.sandbox.ewaypayments.com/soap.asmx?WSDL : failed to load external entity “https://api.sandbox.ewaypayments.com/soap.asmx?WSDL error check that your you using the correct API key and that you entered the correct password. If you are using sandbox mode be sure to use the API key and password from your eWay Partner Account sandbox account.

IF you use sandbox then make sure the API info is from sandbox account and not from live account.
