So wait, what about themes with gutenberg?

Hi there,

I love Gutenberg – at least the way it is so far. It reminds me of Medium and I’m sure others have said it as well. But what about themes?

1. Are themes still going to be outsourced (for the most part, I’m aware of the free themes) and Gutenberg is just a new way of writing with more control over how the blog post will look like

or

2. With the Gutenberg blocks-thing one would be able to choose how the website would look like? I’m asking specifically a literal blog but I’m assuming if Gutenberg would be able to shape a blog, it’d be able to shape a full-website as well.

In other words: just for how posts will look like or more than that?
