    1. The free version has limitation but it was working. But with the pro version, I just can’t create new feeds. Anyone is having the same issue? Any help, please, here in the community? Customer support from plugin developers is crap. 5 minutes earlier I am able to create a feed normally, 5 minutes later I try to create another one for another category, but I can’t: I receive an admin notification telling me no product was found to create the feed, which is not true because I have a specific publicly available product under this category. This plugin seems to decide by itself when it’s working. It’s not reliable.
    2. By the way, I have multiple categories with different kind of products. Do I have to create a separate feed for each category even after I configured category mapping?

    Hi!

    And you really take too long to answer. Your plugin is not like any shiny object tool that can wait. It’s important for site marketing. So the longer you make a costumer wait to help fix an issue, the longer he/she is losing the opportunity to make money…

    Quick beginner question: Is I necessary to create feed by category? I feel like I can create a big feed of all the site products and then just do category mapping, which I did. And then as Google product category I chose “attribute” value, and for attribute value I chose “Product full category [category full path]”, but Google keeps telling me the category is missing. So, what as I chose to make the category get dynamically generated in Merchant center? Because I don’t feel like creating a different feed for each category with pattern (static value)…

    Is it necessary to create a feed by category?
    – No, you can use category mapping to get a google supported category on the feed according to the category mapping.

    To get the correct supported category, please, go to make feed and use the category mapping attribute that you have created and map it with Google Product category field as shown here.

    However, a new version of our plugin has been release. Please, update the plugin to it’s latest version and try the category mapping again as we have fixed the category mapping issue.
