So upset with the pro version which does not work and the poor customer service

Hi!
- The free version has limitation but it was working. But with the pro version, I just can’t create new feeds. Anyone is having the same issue? Any help, please, here in the community? Customer support from plugin developers is crap. 5 minutes earlier I am able to create a feed normally, 5 minutes later I try to create another one for another category, but I can’t: I receive an admin notification telling me no product was found to create the feed, which is not true because I have a specific publicly available product under this category. This plugin seems to decide by itself when it’s working. It’s not reliable.
- By the way, I have multiple categories with different kind of products. Do I have to create a separate feed for each category even after I configured category mapping?
