So Pleased With Service

  • I recently created a campaign with OptinMonster on the free plan. I was really happy with everything and thought it was a great fit for my starter website. I had a surge of visitors one day so I exceed the max views and was automatically upgraded to a basic paid campaign. I wasn’t thrilled with this but after looking into it more I thought that it was worth the investment and decided to keep it.

    Wow, I am happy that I did! I received a consultation from a spectacular agent, Avi, to help me tweak the campaigns and answer a wide range of questions that I had. He was extremely thorough and in the end, this was one of the BEST customer service interactions that I ever had.

    And to top it off, the pop-up that I created was a huge success – it captured about 125 names to my newsletter from the surge and percentage-wise was really high. I am excited to see where this will continue to go. The cost is pretty reasonable and well worth it for the year. I highly recommend adding this plug-in combined with MailerLite.
