• It seems as if there are many unanswered threads in this plugin support thread.

    I do understand the amount of work that goes into plugins and most of it is unpaid unless donations or pro versions bring in some income. However, this is no excuse for a plugin which has support threads many months old and seemingly forgotten about.

    The wider WordPress community benefits from plugins that are actively maintained and it is no surprise that they are the ones that ultimately end up being profitable for their authors. Paid or unpaid, a plugin without timely support is more trouble than it is worth.

    I would simply like the plugin to email me details of what it is loggging. At present I receive nothing and have no means of configuring what actions are logged. It is a good idea, but lacks practical usage for me.
